Job description

  • Shift - Sunday night to Wednesday night, from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM

The Production Coordinator is responsible for maintaining relationships with Coke Canada’s suppliers, ordering materials, overseeing inventory, analyzing data and trends, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities
  • Reconcile and monitor inventory and raw materials; identify variances and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain data in SAP, manage shift reports, and track production volume, line performance, and yield.
  • Facilitate, attend, and document daily Short Interval Control (SIC) meetings; communicate actions to stakeholders.
  • Track sick calls, update the rolling temp list, and arrange Overtime (OT) replacements based on seniority and skills.
  • Document and communicate crossover notes and crew talk details for incoming shifts.
  • Monitor and analyze production schedules and performance.
  • Troubleshoot breakdowns and perform root cause analysis.
  • Supervise the production crew, manage employees, and schedule labor.
  • Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities.
Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in engineering, science, or business management.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with high accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work positively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
