  • Shift/Hours – Friday to Sunday 6AM to 6PM OR Thursday to Saturday 6AM - 6PM, depending on business needs.
About This Opportunity

The Production Coordinator is responsible for maintaining relationships with Coke Canada’s suppliers, ordering materials, overseeing inventory, analyzing data and trends, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities
  • Reconcile and monitor inventory and raw materials; identify variances and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain data in SAP, update shift reports, track production volume, line performance, and yield.
  • Facilitate, attend, and document daily Short Interval Control (SIC) meetings; communicate actions to stakeholders.
  • Track sick calls, update the rolling temp list, and arrange Overtime (OT) replacements based on seniority and skills.
  • Document and communicate crossover notes and crew talk details for incoming shifts.
  • Monitor and analyze the production schedule and performance.
  • Troubleshoot breakdowns and perform root cause analysis.
  • Supervise production crew, manage employees, and schedule labor.
  • Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities.
Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in engineering, science, or business management.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with high accuracy in mathematics.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work positively within a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
