What You’ll Do:

As the Production Coordinator, you’ll be the central hub for coordinating work orders, maintaining accurate BOMs, and ensuring effective communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the release and status of work orders to support production plans.
  • Communicate with production leads to identify and resolve execution barriers.
  • Track production progress and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure BOMs are current and accurately maintained in the ERP system (Acumatica preferred).
  • Collaborate with engineering on BOM changes and new product introductions.
  • Liaise with material handling to ensure proper staging of work orders.
  • Monitor production flow and escalate delays or constraints.
  • Recommend improvements in production tracking and communication tools.

What You Bring:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (Acumatica preferred; SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle acceptable).
  • Solid understanding of production operations and manufacturing concepts.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Working knowledge of BOMs and work order processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Operations, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in production coordination, planning, or manufacturing operations.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
  • May be required to work in manufacturing areas, adhering to safety protocols.
