We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Coordinator with experience in accessories such as knitted hats, bucket hats, scarves, and similar products. This role is crucial in maintaining product quality and ensuring smooth production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, experience in quality control, and the ability to coordinate with various departments to uphold our standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular quality assessments for incoming production orders.
• Approve pre-production samples to ensure they meet specifications.
• Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare final products to design requirements.
• Support product verification and handle customer claims related to quality issues.
• Respond to product quality inquiries from various channels.
• Log, track, and resolve quality-related issues efficiently.
• Assist the sourcing and buying departments with product inspection and testing.
• Provide recommendations for quality improvements and deviation resolutions.
• Complete technical packs (tech packs) for product development.
• Maintain sample integrity and organize product samples effectively.
• Optimize our sample management system and ensure accurate sample data recording.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in accessories (hats, caps, gloves).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks.
• High attention to detail and thoroughness in product assessments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Compensation:

• Annual salary: $45,000.
