Job summary

Tim Hortons High Level is seeking Production/Baker Team Members for a full-time role, including weekends. The 24/7 operation requires shifts based on availability and business needs.

You will bake, receive deliveries, rotate inventory, stock freezers and coolers, and help keep a clean, organized workspace to ensure fresh, high-quality products for guests. Ideal candidates are physically fit, able to lift up to 40 lbs, and possess a positive attitude with reliable transportation.

We're looking for a dependable, energetic person to join our Production Team.

This is a full-time position, including weekends. We operate 24/7, so shifts are scheduled based on your availability and business needs.

What we're looking for:

• Physically fit and able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable with frequent lifting, bending, standing, and reaching
• Able to work in freezers, coolers, and outdoors while unloading delivery trucks
• Pride in producing quality baked goods and maintaining food safety standards
• Reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Your responsibilities will include baking and food production, receiving deliveries, rotating inventory, stocking freezers and coolers, and helping maintain a clean, organized work area. You'll play an important role in ensuring our guests receive fresh, high-quality products every day.
