A little about the position:

Production Associate

Job Summary:

Position typically rolls the resin/material to be free from air using a small roller on pole approximately 4 to 6 feet long over the pools during manufacturing. Also, trims the pool of excess materials. Position requires quick movement to keep up with the material being sprayed/or layered on the pool.

Some of What You Will Do:

• Willingness to follow direction and instructions
• Learn to roll fiberglass with resin {composite material} without air pockets.
• Learn why the composite material has a working time of 10 to 15 mins.
• Understand how to use and why to use MIL gauge.
• Have MSDS training.
• Understand why and how to wear all PPE needed in production.
• Must show ability to work with a team and be a team player

What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)

• No experience needed, will train. Fiberglass experience highly regarded.
• Ability to wear arespirator.
• Ability to work on a team, work independently, and work with your hands.
• Ability to learn to operate machines and use hand tools as necessary.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8–12-hour shifts, able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work overtime as needed- including Saturdays
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
