We're hiring Production Associates to support the packaging and manufacturing process for high-quality pharmaceuticals . This is an entry-level but essential role—perfect for someone who thrives in a structured environment and is eager to grow in the manufacturing industry.

Whether you're starting the line by loading empty bottles or wrapping it up by packing finished goods for shipment, you’ll be helping ensure everything flows smoothly and safely.

What You’ll Do :

• Operate at the start or end of the production line (loading or unloading).
• Prepare products and materials according to batch numbers and lot codes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in English.
• Follow all safety protocols and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Wear proper protective gear and move safely around production equipment.
• Be on your feet and active throughout your 12-hour shift.

What We’re Looking For :

• 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing, production, or packaging setting.
• Comfortable with standing, lifting, and bending during long shifts.
• Strong attention to detail – documentation is key in this role.
• Familiarity with GMP procedures is an asset.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused.

You’ll be assigned to one of five production lines, each supported by a team of 6–7 people, including operators, loaders, and a line leader. Our environment is

clean, well-lit, and organized, with a strong emphasis on safety and collaboration.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50 / hr.
