Musashi Auto Parts Canada Inc. is seeking dedicated, reliable, and hardworking team members for various departments. Ideal candidates should have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and work well in a team environment while producing quality parts and achieving company goals in Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery (SQCD).

Starting Rate: $23.51 per hour + shift premium (ranging from $1.50, $2.50, to $3.50 per hour depending on the time of day)

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of manufacturing or related experience
  • Ability to pass Musashi pre-employment testing
  • Ability to work rotating shifts
Shift Schedules:
  • 3-shift rotation (7.5 hours: days, afternoons, nights)
  • Straight nights available upon request
  • Continentally rotating shifts (11.5 hours: days and nights based on operational needs)
  • Overtime on weekends as needed
Job Responsibilities:
  • Operate equipment to produce quality parts
  • Perform measurements and machine checks to ensure targets are met
  • Attend annual health and safety training including WHMIS and Lockout Tag-out
Personal Skills:

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask
  • Works well independently and in teams
  • Flexible with good time management
  • Strong technical skills
