WESTBEN, located in Campbellford, ON, is seeking a

FULL TIME, Production Assistant

(10 Week Contract position)

Come work with us at our outdoor music festival!

Westben seeks to hire a Production Assistant to assist with outdoor grounds maintenance and aspects of live musical production including: event set up and take down, safety, sound, house, hospitality, and more. Supporting Westben’s 2025 summer events, they will work with a team of professional production and technical personnel. The Production Assistant will be exposed to a stimulating and professional environment while gaining valuable arts and technical knowledge and experience.

We are looking for a candidate who: rolls up their sleeves to work, offers great communication skills, works well independently and with a team, maintains a high standard of professionalism, has the ability to troubleshoot, think critically and make informed decisions, and is comfortable with using basic hand tools. Interest or experience in music and theatre will be considered an asset.

Applicants MUST:

1. be between the ages 15 to 30 years old
2. be available to work 35 hours a week including weekends for the duration of a 10-week contract June 2nd to August 8th
