Roles and Responsibilities

If you have an eye for detail and like to work with small parts, then consider a career with us as a permanent full-time Production Assembler. With a positive attitude, we can provide you with the training, knowledge and experience to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with an established production team to build acoustic transmitters
  • Assemble miniature electronics and small mechanical parts
  • Work under a microscope, with a steady hand and an eye for detail
  • Learn build processes for multiple products and stations
  • Participate in problem solving and continuous improvement projects
  • Ensure production standards, quality, and safety are maintained at every step
  • Maintain an organized workspace
  • Operate within standard operating procedures and to quality standards
  • All required training is provided

What We’re Looking For

  • Grade 12 or equivalent experience and capability
  • Proficient with Windows operating system
  • Basic computing skills : Email and file / folder navigation
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work on repetitive tasks
  • Work well in a team environment, as well as use your own initiative
  • Operate with safety as a priority
  • Adaptable to change
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time with ability to move around
  • Ability to learn and operate machinery
