Salary : Up to $90K depending on experience

Hours : 37.5h / week + Summer Fridays off at 1PM

Join a multinational consumer goods leader as a Production & Materials Planner in a high-impact role supporting a growing product portfolio. You’ll be part of a collaborative team in a hybrid work model, contributing directly to the success of key brands—all within a dynamic and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do :

  • Develop and optimize production schedules using SAP
  • Coordinate planning for raw materials and packaging
  • Issue requisitions and ensure availability of components
  • Balance plant capacity while minimizing costs
  • Monitor and manage production orders in SAP
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timelines, priorities, and product releases are aligned
  • Enforce procurement agreements in coordination with the U.S. purchasing lead

What We’re Looking For :

  • 5+ years of experience in production / materials planning (pharma preferred, but open to complex food or CPG backgrounds)
  • Strong understanding of regulated environments (Health Canada, FDA compliance a strong asset)
  • Bachelor’s degree or international equivalency required
  • Solid experience with SAP or a similarly complex ERP system
  • Some exposure to purchasing tasks
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong sense of urgency, problem-solving mindset, and a collaborative attitude
  • Fluent in French

Language Requirements : English

  • Level of Proficiency Required : Advanced
  • Reasons for Language Requirement : To support operations across Canada and the US
  • Frequency of Use : Constantly (for almost every task)
