Job Description

Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Production Analyst is responsible for ensuring that food production meets all standards set out by the company, food industry, and government regulations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure all employees and management have necessary Daily Production information and are supported with other food production documentation including Temperature Logs, Cooling Logs, Cooking & Reheating Logs, and Sanitizer Logs.
  • Assist Residence Dining Chef in conducting audits of Food Production to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement, developing solutions alongside the Executive Chef and Food Service Managers.
  • Support the Executive Chef with maintaining purchasing standards and compliance.
  • Assist Residence Dining Chef in monitoring compliance of Food Production and Food Safety standards according to regulations.
  • Maintain a tracking system for all Food Production documentation in accordance with regulations.
  • Support Food Service Managers in maintaining Food Safety documentation tracking.
  • Provide training to team members on food production processes and procedures.

Perform other tasks as outlined or requested by management while adhering to regulations.
