Job summary

Carfair Composites, a leader in composite technologies, seeks a Production Administrator in Winnipeg, MB. This full-time role focuses on time/attendance processing and payroll-related admin to support production operations.

You will collaborate with HR, maintain records for production, quality, safety, and continuous improvement, and help prepare reports and town halls. Manufacturing admin experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain time and attendance records, including absences, shift adjustments, overtime.
• Provide payroll-related administrative support with HR to ensure accurate and on-time payroll delivery.
• Organize and maintain records related to production, quality, safety, and continuous improvement activities.
• Assist in researching, analyzing information, providing documentation, and preparing reports.
• Deal with production personnel to prepare and collect documents and forms; assist cell leaders and production leadership.
• Ensure office supplies are stocked and re-order as required.
• Maintain assorted lists and reports; support fund raising and community events.
• Support and prepare Town Halls, social/community events and activities.
• Provide back up support for the production administrator at MCI.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Production Administrator is responsible for processing and maintaining time and attendance records, including absences, shift adjustments, overtime, and other payroll-related transactions. The position also provides administrative support for production operations, reporting, projects, and employee engagement activities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Ensure all time and attendance edits are made in the system, i.e., absences shift adjustments, overtime, etc.
• Work with HR to assist with payroll support to ensure accurate and on time delivery of payroll.
• Organize and maintain records related to production, quality, safety, and continuous improvement activities.
• Assist in researching, analyzing information, providing documentation, and preparing reports.
• Deal directly with production personnel to help prepare and collect documents and forms. Assist cell leaders and production leadership in a wide variety of administrative tasks.
• Responsible for ensuring office supplies are stocked and re-order as required.
• Maintain assorted lists and reports, support fund raising and community events.
• Support and prepare Town Halls, social /community events and activities.
• Provide back up support for the production administrator at MCI.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office tools, oracle and postage machine usage
• Excellent written and oral communications Skills
• Ability to organize, multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to function within a manufacturing environment
• Experience in any administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing environment will be an asset
