We’re seeking a Product Trainer to educate customers on Hootsuite and Talkwalker products, playing a vital role in the customer journey. Collaborating with the Professional Services team, you will facilitate successful product launches and customer education. Our flexible work policy supports remote or hybrid arrangements, primarily for applicants in Alberta and British Columbia. The reporting line is to the Manager, Product Trainer.

Responsibilities

1. Understand Customer Needs: Conduct discovery sessions with internal teams and customer calls to identify their goals, needs, and knowledge gaps.
2. Training Logistics: Schedule and prepare for training sessions across time zones, review customer accounts, and develop presentation materials.
3. Develop Training Materials: Contribute to the creation and upkeep of training agendas and templates.
4. Webinar Training: Design and deliver engaging live webinars on various Hootsuite products, ensuring clarity and interaction.
5. Onsite Training: Provide in-person training sessions, including travel to client locations.
6. Project Management: Maintain training components within project plans, including updates and summaries.
7. Customer Satisfaction: Aim to surpass quarterly CSAT targets through tailored, effective training sessions.
8. Additional Duties: Perform other duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.

Qualifications

1. Experience in delivering technical or SaaS training, or relevant equivalent experience.
2. Strong presentation skills, both in person and online.
3. Proven ability to teach and explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
4. Skill in managing customer expectations and resolving issues.
5. Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies and processes.
6. Customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills.

Compensation

Canada Pay Range: $47,700—$66,700 CAD.
