Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team of Product Trainers. This position involves working with high-level clients by demonstrating the uses of our products both verbally and visually. Success in this role depends on your creativity, computer knowledge to solve issues, and effective time management.

Experience as a Dental Receptionist or Dental Office Manager is preferred.

Responsibilities :
  • Learn and become an expert in our software
  • Develop training materials, including writing clear instructions and recording walkthrough videos
  • Train dental clinics on software usage and instructional materials
  • Follow up, answer inquiries, and schedule training sessions
  • Be comfortable with learning and teaching software usage, as this is the primary responsibility

  • Pay: $50,000.00 per year
  • Additional pay: Bonus pay

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, Evenings / Weekends as needed
