Job summary

Aritzia is seeking a Fit Model to represent the customer’s sample size, shape, and appearance, ensuring the product achieves a world-class fit across styles.

You will collaborate with Design to convey fit intent and support development, with shifts Mon–Fri 9–5 and up to 40 hours weekly in a dynamic, Everyday Luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Measurements include Bust 35", Waist 27", Hips 37"-39", Height 5'2", 5'5" or 5'8".
• Excellent posture required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 1 hour).
• Shifts Mondays through Fridays between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm availability.
• Up to 40 hours per week; flexibility noted.

THE TEAM

The mission of the Technical Development Department is to deliver consistency & precision in the fit and construction of every style, fulfilling the creative vision.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Technical Development team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering on the Creative Design vision and Aritzia’s customer expectations through the fit, construction and quality of our product. As the Fit Model, you will understand Design’s aesthetic intent and represent the Aritzia customer’s sample size, shape, and appearance. THE ROLE

As the Fit Model, you will:

• Ensure that our product has a consistent and world-class fit


• Provide insightful feedback on garment fit and comfort

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• Measurements: Standard Size 6 - Bust 35"; Waist 27"; Hips 37"-39"; Height 5'2", 5'5" or 5'8"


• Posture: Excellent posture


• Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 1 hour)


• Schedule: Availability for shifts Mondays through Fridays between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm


• Hours: Availability up to 40 hours per week (we’re flexible!)

THE COMPENSATION

Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
