Job Function: Product Support Specialist – Truck Mounted Equipment (Sales & Technical)

The Product Support Specialist provides sales, marketing, and technical support to an established customer base, focusing on selling and servicing truck-mounted equipment.

Responsibilities include customer service, order entry, inventory management, creation and distribution of sales marketing materials, and acting as a technical liaison between the factory and customers.

The Product Support Specialist reports to the Senior Product Manager and collaborates to deliver the best customer experience.

Major Responsibilities

  • Support an established customer base with prompt responses to sales and technical inquiries
  • Assist Inside Sales and Customer Service teams as needed
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Coordinate warranty issues as needed
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, health and safety, and quality management standards
  • Adhere to regional legislation including occupational health and safety laws

Qualifications – Educational Requirements

  • Experience in the Truck Mounted Equipment industry is an asset
  • Willingness to complete company training as required

Skillset Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Professional communication skills with external customers and internal staff
  • Familiarity with Inventory Management ERP systems is an asset

Working Conditions

Standard office environment with occasional sales calls to customers, some warehouse work, and high inquiry periods. Some overnight travel may be required.
