POSITION

As a Product Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate challenges and ensuring their teams are equipped to deliver exceptional service. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Be the Expert: Troubleshoot and resolve client issues effectively, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary contact, providing advice, solutions, and updates.
  • Build Relationships: Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.
  • Elevate the Brand: Promote a professional, service-oriented image through client interactions.
  • Client-Facing Content: Update and maintain support materials for accuracy and relevance.
  • Adaptability: Manage work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as part of on-call support.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and apply knowledge to support clients.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Experience with accounting-based applications, preferably in Private or Public Golf Clubs, Hotels, or related Hospitality Industries.
  • Experience supporting ERP systems is highly preferred.
  • 2+ years in technical or application support in a software or tech environment.
  • Strong knowledge of software applications and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with support tools, ticketing systems, and customer service platforms.
  • Proficiency with databases, configurations, and system integrations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical issues clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, self-starter attitude, able to work independently and in teams.
  • Good time management, able to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience with user training and documentation is a plus.
  • Interest or background in hospitality or country clubs is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work shifts from 8 AM to 8 PM EST, including holidays.
