Job description

The Opportunity

Prospect and source new customer opportunities within a defined territory through the development of a Strategic Prospecting Plan. Obtain extensive knowledge of Wajax’s Product Offerings to provide expert advice, solutions, and product recommendations tailored to client needs.

The Role
  • Manage customer satisfaction within existing territory customers.
  • Identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Respond to phone inquiries from established and prospective clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets as set monthly and annually.
  • Assist in creating and submitting bids for national customer opportunities.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers, internal departments, and suppliers to track order status and ensure timely delivery.
The Candidate
  • Education: College diploma or post-secondary education.
  • Work Experience: 2-3 years in sales, marketing, or related business experience.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with heavy equipment is an asset; understanding of IMPACT selling process; valid driver’s license required.
  • Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
