About the team you are joining

IATA’s Business Intelligence Services are the focal point for data management and global BI services for the aviation industry. Reporting to the Senior Manager DDS Operations, the Specialist will support the daily administrative operations and delivery of the BIS team.

What your day would be like

• Support contract implementation and data delivery to BIS clients;
• Respond to client queries by providing Level 1, 2, and 3 support for products and activities within the BIS portfolio;
• Maintain BIS product support documents, including SOPs, update client master tables, and delivery records;
• Monitor customer-related analytics such as usage reports, data validation, product performance, user access, and satisfaction;
• Assist in webinars and product trainings for internal and external customers, including preparing manuals and training materials;
• Participate in quality assurance activities: testing, identifying issues and bugs, incident logging, and follow-up;
• Participate in product enhancement activities: developing specifications/enhancement cases, testing, and post-implementation support;
• Support key BIS initiatives like UI/UX enhancements, project coordination, data analytics, and contract implementation;
• Establish good working relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.

We would love to hear from you if

• You hold a university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent;
• You have 3-5 years' experience in Business Intelligence operations, preferably in a multicultural or commercial environment;
• You are familiar with common IT languages and BI tools; basic knowledge of technical solutions and data management;
• You have solid experience in end-to-end operations tasks related to data exchange with air stakeholders;
• You excel in dynamic, multicultural, fast-paced environments and can meet tight deadlines;
• You are skilled in setting priorities, customer focus, and demonstrating drive and energy;
• You take initiative and have a strong sense of ownership;
• You are proactive, result-driven, and curious;
• You are a team player with a global mindset and sharing attitude.
