What You’ll Do

As an AI Product Specialist (Agents) , you’ll work closely with our enterprise customers to configure, deploy, and evolve intelligent agents that help them screen and evaluate candidates.

You’ll be responsible for understanding customer needs, crafting thoughtful prompt strategies, and working with our product and engineering teams to ensure agent performance stays high over time.

  • Lead Enterprise Implementations : Configure and launch agent-based workflows / integrations for new and existing customers.
  • Act as a Strategic Partner : Work with business stakeholders and hiring teams to understand role requirements and ensure our agents are tuned to meet their business needs.
  • Craft Great Prompts : Use prompt engineering techniques to tune agent performance and maximize clarity, coverage, and tone.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Partner with product,engineering and sales to influence improvements based on customer usage patterns.
  • Ensure Success at Scale : Monitor and improve agent behavior as customer needs evolve.
  • Communicate Clearly : Translate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences—including hiring teams and HR leaders.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years experience in B2B SaaS, with a customer-facing product or technical role
  • 2–3 years working with AI systems, including prompt engineering for LLMs or conversational tools
  • Proven ability to interface directly with enterprise customers, including implementation or solutions experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to navigate business and technical conversations
  • Highly organized and comfortable owning customer workflows end-to-end
  • Passion for designing smart, human-friendly systems that drive impact

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience with Python or React (even at a basic level)
  • Experience working at an early-stage tech startup
  • Exposure to HR tech, recruitment platforms, or workflow automation tools
  • Understanding of agent design, LLM tuning, or building with OpenAI / Anthropic APIs
