Broadsign is a software company specializing in out-of-home media buying and delivery solutions. As a Product Specialist, you will act as a technical product expert guiding customers through evaluation, onboarding, integration, and adoption while collaborating with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Support teams.

You will deliver technical product demonstrations, provide training online or in person, support during evaluations, lead onboarding and integration projects, and offer

Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with Android and System on Chip (SoC) devices.
• Good understanding of computers, networking, display and video technologies.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations and common data exchange concepts.
• Experience managing projects and working independently across multiple priorities.
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
• Strong presentation, product demonstration and training skills.
• Experience in technical service delivery, implementation, technical consulting or similar customer-facing technical role.

Responsibilities

What You Need
