This is a Hybrid role in Sherbrooke, Quebec. Work in agile methodology with team members (architects, analysts, user experience specialists, other developers, and quality control members) to:

1. Complete the technical analysis and estimates, in collaboration with the team, per given mandate.
2. Develop technical specifications, conducting required feasibility studies / prototyping.
3. Define the architecture, in collaboration with the architects.
4. Develop features through high-performing efficient coding, documenting code and integrating functionality in a continuous integration process.
5. Carry out required unit tests, proper logging, and correct reported defects.

Use advanced techniques to analyze problems and find innovative solutions. Support complex troubleshooting cases when development issues arise and provide support to other departments for technical problems. Participate in innovation projects and mandates using new technologies.

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent and 2 years experience in software development.
2. Very good knowledge of C# language with object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
3. Experience in Web/SaaS application backend development with a service-oriented architecture and using communication technologies (e.g., client-server, peer-to-peer, message queuing) and databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Mongo).
4. Bilingual (French and English).
