Job summary

Aritzia is seeking a Senior Associate/Associate, Production to support the team in delivering finished goods that meet our Everyday Luxury standards for quality, timing and cost. You will translate the Creative Design vision into production plans, manage allocation, and negotiate with suppliers to secure lead-times and margins that sustain growth.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Production team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering finished goods that achieve Aritzia’s objectives for high quality products, timely delivery, and competitive costing. As the Senior Associate / Associate, Production, you will support the team to maintain and uphold the Creative Design vision through production, ensuring precise allocation, strategic negotiation, and seamless execution. THE ROLE

• Understand our assortment & business to support in the building of a production plan that accelerates Aritzia’s growth
• Support the team to develop the highest quality product against defined standards, using industry leading practices
• Support the team in their negotiations to secure the best possible production lead‑times without compromising quality
• Support the team in their negotiations to secure the best possible production margins without compromising quality or lead- times
• Ensure world‑class execution, delivering high quality, timely, and cost‑effective products

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in apparel and accessories production and product component timeline and costing negotiation
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross‑functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market‑leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay‑for performance philosophy. The range for roles at this level is $50,000 - $150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
