About The Job
WillScot is seeking a motivated Product Sales Manager to proactively execute our sales process and promote our Cold Storage Products and Services. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging businesses within a defined geographic territory, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Please know that Canadian Citizens must possess a Current Passport | Permanent Residents must possess a Current US Visa in order to attend Sales Training at our Corporate Headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive revenue and value-added revenue for cold storage products within an assigned territory utilizing phone and email. Effectively communicate and promote the WILLSCOT value proposition focused on our cold storage solutions to help increase sales for the business. Optimize/Negotiate rates and grow revenue by leveraging the WILLSCOT product line of best-in-class cold storage products and services
- Proactively engages with new and existing customers to build strong customer relations through prospecting within a designated territory, in-person client meetings, and occasional site visits. Responsible for all facets of customer account management aiming to increase yearly revenue for each new and existing customer in designated territory.
- Collaborate with branch and sales management to increase overall market share in a designated territory through creating and executing a strong territory plan with impactful market vertical and account management strategies.
- Understand WILLSCOT’s Essential Service offerings and any future offerings in order to proactively sell the cold storage offerings to all customers. Effectively follow weekly/monthly/annual KPI goals and objectives.
Education And Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma - College Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 1-3 years of Prior Outbound Sales Calling experience
- Bilingual: Speak, Read and Write English and French – Highly Desired, Not Required
Skills & Systems
- Utilize SalesForce CRM system to track performance and manage customers

Salary Range: $42,660.00 - $57,780.00 + Commission
Individual rates are based on a variety of factors such as degrees or certifications, skill-level and years of experience, and include considerations such as expected overtime and variable compensation pay such as bonuses or commission.
