  3. Create and maintain detailed documentation of requirements including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), process flows, user stories that support innovative solutions in line with best practices.
  4. Manage Product backlog, review and accept developed user stories, ensuring they meet the defined acceptance criteria and quality.
  5. Coordinate with Quality Assurance teams to inform test strategy creation, conduct User Acceptance Testing both internally and with external stakeholders to ensure developed features and improvements meet business requirements and are ready for deployment.
  6. Prepare and provide regular updates and reports on multiple product updates in alignment with product roadmaps and release plans, highlighting progress, risks, and issues in alignment with business and product needs.
  7. Provide support and coaching to other Junior Analysts in the elicitation and review of business requirements while demonstrating requirement traceability and process adherence.
  8. Ensure that all deliverables are provided on time, in line with project specifications and coordinated with team leadership and key stakeholders.
  9. Co-facilitate Agile events, including daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, ensuring product development aligns with business priorities.
  10. Contribute to the growth of Business Analysis/Product Owner practices at Teranet by co-creating policies and programs that support user-centric product development.
  11. Always demonstrate professionalism and be a great ambassador of the Teranet Team with all stakeholders.
About You

  3. Required experience working on multiple complex enterprise-wide systems and projects.
  4. Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into actionable artifacts detailed enough to meet users’ needs and easily interpreted by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
