KLI is a data-heavy SaaS platform used by retailers, analysts, and real estate planners—so attention to detail and a love of clarity is critical.

We’re also entering an exciting new phase of AI-powered innovation across the platform. Experience with AI product workflows, especially Agentic AI Architecture, RAG, CAG, and LLM prompting, will be considered a strong bonus.

Lead daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Ensure agile cadence and rituals run smoothly and predictably

Own and Maintain the Sprint Board

Keep JIRA boards accurate and up-to-date at all times

Track blockers, dependencies, and sprint burndown progress

Coordinate with the dev team to ensure clarity of tasks and workload distribution

Enforce Change & Release Management

Ensure all tickets are tagged (Feature Request, Bug, Hotfix, etc.) and linked to the correct release

Enforce process discipline for mid-sprint changes and escalation

Uphold traceability and audit-readiness of change logs

Backlog Grooming & Management

Vet and triage incoming feature requests, bugs, and enhancements

Categorise and prioritise backlog items with clear structure

Ensure all backlog items are sufficiently scoped and dev-ready

Sprint Planning & Scope Coordination

Define sprint scope based on capacity and roadmap goals

Balance delivery across new features, bugs, technical improvements, and internal tooling

Collaborate on Ticket Creation

Work with developers to flesh out user stories based on specs from the Product Manager

Translate functional requirements, design specs, and wireframes into well-scoped JIRA tickets

Clarify edge cases, dependencies, and estimate complexity collaboratively

Stakeholder Updates

Act as primary sprint delivery contact for internal stakeholders

Communicate blockers, changes, and progress to cross-functional teams

Drive Retrospective Follow-through

Capture and own action items from retrospectives

Track progress on process improvements across sprints

QA & Acceptance Oversight

Ensure each ticket meets acceptance criteria before moving to "Done"

Coordinate and support QA to ensure validation for readiness to ship

Ideal Background

2–4 years experience as a Product Owner or Delivery Manager within a SaaS, analytics, or data-heavy product environment

Strong Agile / Scrum foundation; must be able to run ceremonies independently

Fluent in JIRA : confident with JQL (JIRA Query Language) and can build dashboards for sprint tracking, issue trends, and reporting

Comfortable working across technical teams (developers, QA, data engineers) and non-technical stakeholders (support, customer success, commercial)

Excellent written communication; experience writing clean, developer-ready tickets with clear acceptance criteria

Basic proficiency with Python and tools like Postman (for testing APIs and understanding technical integration work)

Experience working in enterprise B2B SaaS , ideally for platforms with maps, analytics, or user-configurable forecasting tools (e.g. economic / financial / demographic forecasting)

Exposure to geospatial or location data concepts (e.g. trade areas, POIs, cannibalization analysis, foot traffic) is helpful

Demonstrated ability to triage feedback , manage stakeholder expectations, and apply user empathy when shaping backlog priorities

Bonus :

Experience or familiarity with Generative AI concepts, especially prompting large language models (LLMs) and Agentic AI Workflows.
