- Design and Enhance Advisor-Facing Digital Tools
- Lead the development of CRM systems (Salesforce), financial planning software, product comparison tools, and dashboards that support Prospr advisors.
- Collaborate with design teams to create usable capabilities that align with advisor workflows and minimize friction in daily use.
- Support Sales Enablement and Business Growth Initiatives
- Develop digital solutions that help advisors personalize client experiences, recommend appropriate financial products, and close sales more efficiently.
- Partner with Client Channel & Marketing to integrate tools that offer content personalization, timely insights, and targeted campaign support.
- Track adoption and effectiveness of sales tools and iterate based on performance data and user feedback.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Risk Mitigation
- Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure advisor tools support regulatory adherence (e.g., KYC, suitability, disclosures, recordkeeping).
- Ensure auditability, data privacy, and risk controls are built into digital workflows.
- Use Data and Analytics to Improve Advisor Productivity
- Define and monitor KPIs tied to advisor tool usage, advisor engagement, and sales effectiveness.
- Leverage behavioral analytics to understand how advisors interact with tools and where improvements are needed.
- Use feedback loops to validate enhancements and inform future development.
- Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration and Product Delivery
- Work closely with engineering, QA, UX, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of advisor-facing solutions.
- Maintain a prioritized product backlog and lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and product demos.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment, internal communications, and change management.
What you need to succeed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or specialized certifications in customer experience, financial services, or related areas is considered an asset.
- 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on customer or advisor experience roles, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong experience with Agile product development practices.
- Familiarity with the advisor ecosystem and the tools advisors use, such as CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), financial planning software, and digital engagement tools.
- Experience in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) marketing is highly valued.
- Experience in customer journey mapping, user research, and identifying pain points in the advisor-client experience. Proven ability to leverage insights to create actionable strategies for improving client and advisor interactions.
- Strong background in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to analyze customer feedback, surveys, and analytics to track advisor experience performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvements.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product teams, sales teams, and marketing departments to align advisor experience strategies with business goals, ensuring that all touchpoints reflect the company’s commitment to customer-centricity.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with advisors, management, and other key stakeholders. Ability to clearly articulate the vision for advisor experience improvements and provide training or resources to support adoption.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver results within set timelines. Proficient in using tools like JIRA and Confluence to manage tasks and collaborate effectively with teams.
