Job summary

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Maximo Technical Developer Team Lead with 10+ years of hands-on experience in IBM Maximo development, automation scripting, reporting, customization, and integration.

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership to Maximo development teams and play a key role in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise Maximo solutions. Strong experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS), Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (RHOCP), integrations, automation scripts, and reporting is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Maximo developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Design, develop, and implement Maximo automation scripts, configurations, customizations, and reports.
• Design and develop integration solutions between Maximo and enterprise applications.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure Maximo applications meet performance, quality, scalability, and reliability standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Maximo environments.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development and coding standards.
• Support testing, deployment, upgrades, and production implementation activities.
• Manage technical deliverables, timelines, and development priorities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and implementation guides.
• Stay current with Maximo, MAS, integration, and enterprise technology best practices.
• Foster a collaborative development environment and provide technical mentorship to team members.
