Job summary
Enterprise Solutions Inc. seeks an experienced Maximo Technical Developer Team Lead with 10+ years of hands-on IBM Maximo development, automation scripting, reporting, customization, and integration. You will provide technical leadership across Maximo projects and design enterprise solutions.
You will work with MAS, Red Hat OpenShift, and reporting tools to deliver scalable, reliable Maximo deployments and mentor a growing team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years hands-on IBM Maximo development experience.
- Strong expertise in Maximo configuration, customization, automation scripting, and integration.
- Experience with MAS architecture and OpenShift deployments.
- Experience with BIRT and Cognos reporting.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and SDLC.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Maximo developers with technical guidance.
- Design, develop, and implement Maximo automation scripts, configurations, and reports.
- Develop integration solutions between Maximo and enterprise applications.
- Ensure performance, quality, scalability, and reliability of Maximo apps.
- Support testing, deployments, upgrades, and production activities.
- Maintain technical documentation and design specifications.
