Job description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Represent product management as the primary contact.
  • Support the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate with internal business partners and external customers regarding standard and non-standard inquiries.
  • Monitor and track performance, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Break down strategic problems, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Gather and format data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
  • Support change management activities of varying scope and type, focusing on execution and sustainment.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient service delivery.
  • Resolve standard and straightforward issues; escalate non-routine issues to senior team members or managers.
  • Serve as a problem-solving resource for internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes and participate in planning, testing, and implementing projects, products, or services.
  • Process transactions and activities accurately and promptly, complying with regulatory and risk controls.
  • Provide consistent, knowledgeable responses to stakeholder questions and requests.
  • Follow documented policies and procedures to meet SLAs.
  • Check and reconcile critical information for global markets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Identify and resolve issues timely or escalate as needed.
  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Understand regulatory requirements and risks to maintain operational integrity.
  • Assist in developing and implementing new processes and system changes.
  • Support tool development and training delivery to enhance business results.
  • Map out cross-team process flows.
