  • Hours: 37.5 per week

  • Salary Range: $91,200 - $136,800 CAD

This role is eligible for a discretionary variable compensation based on performance. TD offers fair and competitive pay, with growth opportunities and skill development. Job Responsibilities
Customer Focus
  • Partner with management to support product vision delivery.
  • Create and maintain a product backlog aligned with the vision, prioritizing user stories for maximum customer value.
  • Coordinate with senior management on the roadmap, features, and release schedule.
  • Review analytics and recommend strategies to improve customer experience.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and suggest improvements for product delivery.
  • Engage with business partners to prepare for application changes and establish ongoing processes.
  • Manage user stories and oversee development team backlogs.
  • Address issues that affect delivery and manage defect prioritization.
Shareholder Engagement
  • Align activities with enterprise frameworks and strategies.
  • Maintain strategic alignment with senior management, incorporating stakeholder feedback.
  • Manage stakeholder inputs and facilitate discussions on product development.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and adapt product strategies accordingly.
  • Lead risk, quality, and testing efforts.
  • Make delivery decisions and communicate changes to stakeholders.
Team and Personal Development
  • Support a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
  • Share industry knowledge and participate in training and mentorship.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and grow expertise.
  • Contribute to team skill development and foster diverse, inclusive environment.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Undergraduate degree or relevant product certification.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years as a Product Owner or in Agile delivery.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred; SAFe certifications a plus.
  • Experience with analytics, ML & AI in fraud prevention, and scaled Agile frameworks.
