As a Product Owner – Credit Risk Quantification, you’re the driving force behind the implementation of high-impact solutions to better understand, measure and manage credit risk. You turn business needs into concrete, effective, and lasting products. You play an analytical, strategic and collaborative role. Draw up the product vision and define an ambitious roadmap aligned with business priorities
Coordinate collaboration between the IT, data and modelling teams and business partners to deliver efficient and consistent solutions
Design and update cutting-edge credit risk quantification tools
Ensure the quality and value of deliverables and always place users front and centre when making decisions
Promote credit risk expertise across the organization by explaining complex issues and influencing strategic directions
Cultivate innovation in data governance, advanced analytics and risk management practices

What you bring to the table
Bachelor of business administration, finance, engineering, data science or a related field
A minimum of six years of relevant experience in product management, analytics or risk management, ideally in the banking or financial sector
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Experience with credit risk, statistical modelling and data valorization issues
Concrete experience in managing multidisciplinary projects and delivering IT or analytics solutions
Knowledge of French is required
Skilled communicator and influencer, able to explain complex concepts to various audiences
Proficiency in collaborative tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and data environments (SAS, SQL, Python, Power BI, etc.)
Knowledge of the Basel Committee
