Client360 is a CRM system and one of the primary Advisor platform for sales and service interactions in Retail, Business Financial Service, Group Solutions, Private Banking, Advice Centre, and Operations.

Job Description

What is the opportunity?

As Product Owner of the Client 360 Platform, this role will be responsible for the business needs and capabilities required in the implementation and enhancement of the new Salesforce.com Financial Services Cloud (FSC) instance across Personal Banking and Commercial Banking. This role will enable over 35,000 employees to provide a best in class sales and service capabilitites deepen relationship with all clients. Client360 is a CRM platform and the primary Advisor platform for sales and service interactions in Retail, Business Financial Services, Group Solutions, Private Banking, Advice Centre, and Operations.

What will you do?

  • Create and maintain the product roadmap and backlog

  • Analyzing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility

  • Collaborate closely with other team members and departments to prioritize the user stories/EPIC

  • Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)

  • Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies

  • Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle

  • Determines operational objectives by studying business processes and functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.

  • Improves current processes by studying current practices; designing modifications leveraging Salesforce application design.

What do you need to succeed? Must have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, with at least 3 years of experience working with Salesforce

  • Undergraduate degree coupled with change management experience in complex programs with high frequency of requests and multiple priorities

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration

  • Demonstrated ability to understand user needs and create intuitive user experiences

  • Strong knowledge and experience with Agile Best Practices / Scrum methodologies

Nice-to-have:

  • Previous experience working in the banking industry

  • Salesforce certification
