Job summary

Procom is seeking a Business Analyst for a 12-month contract in Toronto. This hybrid role requires four days onsite and focuses on delivering customer‑centric product increments aligned with the product vision and a prioritized backlog.

You will partner with management to govern the roadmap, facilitate Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, and ensure delivery milestones are met while maintaining strong stakeholder communications across the banking/financial domain.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of banking/financial sector experience.
• Extensive Scrum/Kanban project management experience (5–7 years).
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence (5–7 years).

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to deliver the product vision.
