- Partner with business, product, technology, operations, and project stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver strategic initiatives.
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Maintain and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring work aligns with business objectives and organizational priorities.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and ensure initiatives progress according to agreed timelines and milestones.
- Support roadmap development and delivery planning activities.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical deliverables.
- Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams including development, QA, UX/UI, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Identify and actively manage dependencies, risks, issues, and blockers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure stakeholders remain informed through regular status updates, reporting, and communication.
- Support decision‑making processes and elevate risks or issues when appropriate.
- Foster collaboration and alignment across business and technology teams.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer experiences, and technology delivery.
- Lead process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation activities.
- Recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Participate in solution evaluations and contribute to technology modernization efforts.
- Support organizational change by helping teams adopt new tools, processes, and capabilities.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to define testing strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Support system testing, integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect management activities.
- Assist with implementation planning, deployment readiness assessments, and post-launch support.
- Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and expected outcomes.
- Monitor delivery progress and proactively address issues that may impact timelines or quality.
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve analysis, documentation, research, productivity, and delivery outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to incorporate generative AI, automation, and intelligent workflows into business processes.
- Stay informed on emerging technology trends and industry best practices.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Product Management, Technology Delivery, Project Delivery, or related roles.
- Strong experience working within Agile and Scrum environments.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable deliverables.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, workstreams, and project dependencies.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technology delivery methodologies.
- Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with evolving priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to identify risks, roadblocks, dependencies, and opportunities for escalation or delegation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
- Expertise creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, business cases, and functional specifications.
- Experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing work based on business value.
- Ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Agile product delivery practices.
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
- Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive team alignment.
- Experience managing dependencies, risks, impediments, and competing priorities.
- Strong delivery focus and ability to coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives.

- Familiarity with SAFe or other Scaled Agile frameworks.
- Experience supporting risk, compliance, AML/KYC, fraud, cybersecurity, or regulatory initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, Generative AI, automation technologies, or intelligent process optimization.
- Experience leveraging AI for business analysis, documentation, research, and productivity enhancement.
