  • Collaborate with the technical team to produce release documentation—ticket updates, sprint summaries, and status reports
  • Partner with Product Managers to align development objectives with GSTS’ product roadmap
  • Drive timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions that advance key business strategies
  • Ensure sprint squads meet product requirements, providing feedback and removing impediments as needed
  • Work closely with Project Managers to align results with expectations
  • Monitor development progress and report build status and delays to Product Managers
  • Identify and communicate development risks that could impact internal and external stakeholder expectations
  • Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, backlog grooming, planning poker), ensuring clear understanding of sprint goals and product requirements
  • Solicit and incorporate team suggestions to mitigate risks to GSTS and our product roadmap.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years in the software development or technology industry
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field
  • Proven experience managing medium- to large-scale product releases
  • Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
  • Deep knowledge of Agile and sprint-based methodologies
  • Expertise in understanding and refining product requirements
  • Highly adaptable, with strong analytical and communication skills across diverse technological domains
  • Experience working with Git repositories and build management tools
  • Proven ability to balance priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Skilled at engaging stakeholders, holding teams accountable, overcoming obstacles, and leading project teams
  • Team-player mindset with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to listen actively and develop a deep understanding of project, product, and stakeholder requirements
  • Strong self-initiative and work ethic in rapidly changing, high-growth environments.

BONUS POINTS:
