Responsibilities

• Leads execution of product operations priorities within the store, ensuring inventory accuracy, product availability, merchandising standards, operational efficiency, and customer readiness.
• Ensures Indigo Experience and READ customer service model are brought to life through coaching and feedback.
• Owns Door-to-Floor execution, ensuring inventory is received, processed, replenished, and available for customer purchase.
• Leads replenishment, overstock management, and product flow activities to improve availability and sales floor readiness.
• Executes inventory management routines including cycle counts, audits, reportal processes, returns, scrapping, and related inventory control.
• Leads markdown execution, ensuring pricing updates and product presentation are completed on time.
• Leads merchandising workbooks, planograms, and weekly merchandising changes to align with Indigo standards.
• Manages store signage and promotional setup for accuracy and schedule adherence.
• Maintains Indigo visual merchandising standards and drives improvements in presentation and storytelling.
• Completes weekly VMAs and coaches teams based on findings.
• Monitors inventory and merchandising performance to identify issues and take action.
• Collaborates with Store Leadership and Product Operations to support priorities.
• Provides coaching and training on operations, inventory, merchandising, and product flow.
• Ensures a safe, compliant, and organized work environment.
