Job Summary

The Product Operations Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for executing the store product strategy, including inventory management and product operations. They lead inventory shifts, oversee back-of-house (BOH) operations, and ensure the sales floor and BOH are well-stocked and organized. They contribute to team performance evaluations, hiring recommendations, and act as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) during inventory shifts. The role also involves delivering a world-class guest experience when on the sales floor.

Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with store leadership to implement product strategies.
  • Plan and manage inventory activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Execute product actions such as pullbacks, consolidations, and repricing.
  • Engage and motivate team members in inventory management tasks.
  • Monitor product levels and communicate insights to support sales and availability.
  • Analyze sales data to inform product focus and pricing strategies.
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to support team development.
  • Promote a respectful and inclusive team environment.
  • Lead from the floor during store hours as Supervisor on Duty to ensure excellent guest service and product education.

Job Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the store’s country.
  • Reliable transportation to the store location.

Schedule / Availability

  • Varied shifts based on store needs, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Potential for early mornings or late nights during peak times or special events.

Experience

  • At least 1 year of work experience.
  • Experience with inventory management, visual merchandising, stocking, or logistics.
  • Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.

Additional Assets

  • High school diploma or higher education preferred.
  • Experience in retail, sales, distribution, or warehouse operations.
  • Food safety or liquor service certification for experiential food / beverage stores.

Base pay : $23.75 - $27.33 / hour, plus a target bonus of $2.00 / hour, totaling $25.75 - $29.33 / hour.
