As a Product Operations Coordinator at Stingray, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our product development processes and ensuring operational excellence.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including internal guides, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and refine marketing one-pagers and other sales enablement collateral.
  • Manage and optimize our pricing and subscription management tools (e.g., Recurly, Stripe), ensuring accurate billing and revenue recognition.
  • Support the product team with market research activities, including competitive analysis, customer surveys, and industry trend identification.
  • Implement and manage tools and processes to improve product team efficiency and communication.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to support smooth product launches and lifecycle management.
  • Monitor and report on key product operations metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment on product-related initiatives and timelines.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product operations, product management, project management, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing documentation.
  • Experience working with pricing and billing systems (e.g., Recurly, Stripe, Chargebee) is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Wrike, Trello).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
