We are seeking a high-potential, driven, and intellectually curious Product Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Location: On-site at our Toronto office located at 351 King Street East, Toronto, Ontario, working five days a week.

What you will be doing:

  1. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows, boost efficiency, and foster productivity.
  2. Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, analyze findings, and iterate on process and tooling improvements.
  3. Champion the adoption of new technologies, especially in AI and automation, emphasizing experimentation.
  4. Monitor, track, and analyze key metrics, presenting insights to inform decisions.
  5. Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams across global offices, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  6. Support various initiatives, ensuring work is organized, documented, and effectively executed.
  7. Assist in holistic portfolio management analysis.
  8. Coordinate and facilitate team meetings, events, and off-sites to enhance collaboration.
