Job description

About Henry Schein One:
Henry Schein One (HSOne) is the global leader in dental management, analytics, communication, and marketing software. We deliver innovative software and services, combined with expert business coaching, to connect dental technology so it works as one.

When technology connects, more data is shared, more tasks are automated, and more gets done. Most importantly, dental professionals have more time to focus on delivering a high-quality experience to their patients. One connected practice management system simplifies each step of the patient journey—from first contact and scheduling, to clinical treatment, billing, and recurring care.

As part of Henry Schein One Canada, you’ll support the Canadian Dental Practice Management business. Our on-premise solutions are trusted by thousands of practices, and our cloud product, Dentally, is rapidly expanding in the Canadian market.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a results-driven, proactive Product Marketing Specialist to join the Henry Schein One Canada team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting compelling product messaging for Dentrix - our flagship on-premise solution - and understanding customer needs, and enabling our sales team to effectively position our products in the market.

You’ll play a key role in both strategic planning and hands-on execution—translating insights into impactful campaigns that fuel product adoption and customer loyalty.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Develop clear and engaging product messaging and positioning that highlights the value and differentiation of our software.
  2. Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features, releases, and product updates.
  3. Conduct market research to uncover trends, customer pain points, and competitor activity that inform messaging and campaign direction.
  4. Create compelling product collateral and content such as brochures, case studies, landing pages, demo scripts, and webinars.
  5. Support sales enablement by equipping teams with training materials, battlecards, and tools that drive confidence and alignment in product positioning.
  6. Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve messaging, identify referral opportunities, and enhance user adoption.
  7. Track key metrics related to campaign performance, product adoption, and customer sentiment—offering data-driven insights and recommendations.

What You’ll Bring:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. 3–5 years of experience in product marketing or campaign marketing, ideally within SaaS or the Canadian technology space (dental software a plus).
  3. Proven experience developing go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into customer-facing benefits.
  5. Experience creating collateral and sales enablement materials.
  6. Strong collaboration skills with a track record of working cross-functionally across product, sales, and marketing teams.
  7. Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data and translate them into strategic action.
  8. Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Wrike, or similar tools.
  9. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
