We’re a technology company that leads with our humanity—driving our business priorities alongside meaningful social, community, and societal impact.

We are looking for a product marketing professional to lead the services and partner ecosystem marketing strategy for Blue Planet’s AI-powered OSS solutions, including Agentic AI and GenAI technologies applied to inventory/planning, orchestration/fulfillment and service assurance solutions. In this role, you will craft compelling joint Blue Planet and partner solutions messaging and develop impactful content including presentations, datasheets, solutions briefs, website content, and product demos. You will work closely with a diverse range of partners and internal stakeholders, including strategic technology collaborators, system integrators, and OEM partners to drive growth in the next-gen OSS market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Lead the development of Blue Planet’s services portfolio and partner solution content and go-to-market (GTM) strategy, ensuring message alignment with emerging technologies and market trends.
  • Collaboration and Team Alignment: Work closely with stakeholders across Blue Planet and partner organizations to create unified messaging and secure program and sales support.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers within partner organizations, acting as a liaison to drive alignment and engagement that leads to measurable business outcomes.
  • Content Creation: Create co-branded technical materials, blogs, demos, videos, and customer success stories to support marketing efforts, including PR, digital campaigns, social media, and events.
  • Enablement and Training: Enhance processes to equip partner organizations and Blue Planet teams (sales, pre-sales, post-sales) with the tools, training, and skills needed to capitalize on partner solution opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on results to refine and grow partnership and services opportunities.
  • Partner-Led Initiatives: Drive alignment on partner-led activities such as events, sales kickoffs, and other collaborative initiatives to maximize impact.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years in telecommunications product marketing with a good understanding of the communications service provider market across areas of OSS/BSS, including inventory/planning, orchestration/fulfillment and service assurance.
  • Technical marketing experience with AI technologies as they apply to OSS transformation and a keen understanding of the technology landscape and the capabilities of key industry vendors.
  • Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and content creation skills.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with a collaborative, strategic mindset.
  • Track record of building successful product marketing plans and engaging stakeholders across the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree required

Ideal Candidate Traits:

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
  • Strong communicator with executive presence.
  • Self-starter with a passion for innovation and growth.
  • Comfortable leading both strategy and execution in a dynamic environment.
  • Experienced and comfortable working in a matrix environment.
