Position Overview:

This is a cross-functional role working with our Commercial teams across marketing, sales, and customer success. Product marketing connects our product strategy to tactics that drive success in sales and marketing, ultimately increasing revenue. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role is key in driving growth through whitespace and account expansion.

As a core member of the EMEA marketing team, you'll be responsible for executing the Global Go-To-Market strategy, aligning with our Center of Excellence teams, and leading integrated marketing campaigns through localized content and insight-driven messaging.

We seek a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in raising awareness and adoption of Diligent’s GRC platform. This includes positioning, messaging, product launches, market research, and sales enablement initiatives that advance our brand and business. If you love data, simplifying complex concepts, and possess deep technical understanding, this role is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate on the Go-To-Market strategy for our platform, working closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  2. Provide insights through market analysis, TAM, ICPs, personas, customer journeys, and competitive analysis.
  3. Equip sales and marketing teams with compelling messaging to drive adoption and market voice.
  4. Create targeted content, sales collateral, and enablement tools to accelerate sales and demonstrate value.
  5. Design multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, events, and web marketing to generate leads and engagement.
  6. Enable sales with training, tools, assets, and experiences to grow pipeline and revenue.
  7. Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans focusing on market opportunities and messaging.
  8. Lead cross-functional GTM strategies to foster product growth and adoption.
  9. Develop compelling positioning and messaging for the platform.
  10. Collaborate on market research, buyer personas, and competitive positioning initiatives.
  11. Work with Product Strategy to monitor industry position and guide product development.
  12. Define success metrics and measure the impact of marketing efforts.
  13. Leverage data insights to validate strategies and improve initiatives.
  14. Utilize customer, partner, and market intelligence to inform product and marketing strategies.
  15. Define market problems and value propositions for GTM strategies.
  16. Develop pricing, packaging, and solutions within the platform.
  17. Execute product launches and maintain product roadmaps.

Required Experience / Skills:

  • 8+ years in marketing strategy and execution within B2B SaaS environments.
  • 5+ years in product or technical marketing roles.
  • Experience crafting compelling stories and collateral for technical and business audiences.
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and product marketing best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with ambiguity.
