Position Overview:
As a Product Marketing Manager at Maximizer, you will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies to promote Maximizer to existing and potential customers. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure our product is positioned for success and continues to meet customer needs. Your efforts will directly impact the growth of Maximizer’s customer base and brand awareness. Experience in financial services, fintech, and working in a start-up or scale-up environment is highly preferred, as we work with customers in these industries and need someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, pain points, and industry trends in financial services, fintech, and related industries, ensuring that Maximizer CRM addresses their unique requirements.
- Positioning & Messaging: Develop compelling product messaging and positioning that highlights the unique value proposition of Maximizer CRM for businesses in the financial services and fintech sectors, while ensuring it resonates with various customer segments.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment with sales, product, and customer support teams. Create marketing collateral, campaigns, and promotional materials that effectively communicate product benefits tailored to financial services and fintech customers.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to create tools, presentations, and training materials that empower them to effectively sell Maximizer CRM, particularly to customers in financial services and fintech sectors.
- Customer Engagement & Feedback: Gather feedback from customers in the financial services and fintech industries and use it to refine marketing strategies, product messaging, and feature prioritization.
- Metrics & Performance Analysis: Track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, retention) and report on campaign performance to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the SaaS, CRM, financial services, or fintech industries, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in a start-up or scale-up environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of product marketing principles, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis, especially within financial services and fintech.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and managing product launches, particularly for financial services or fintech products.
- Familiarity with CRM software, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
- Bilingual: Fluency in both English and French is highly preferred, as you'll be working with customers and teams across bilingual markets.
- Creative: Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop marketing campaigns that resonate with a wide audience, particularly within the financial services and fintech industries.
- Analytical: Strong analytical mindset to measure the success of marketing campaigns and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Adaptable: Experience thriving in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment, where flexibility and the ability to wear multiple hats is essential for success.
