Position

Croesus is seeking a Product Marketing Advisor who will be responsible for the overall offering of Croesus solutions for the North American and European markets. The position requires a minimum of 7 years' experience in wealth management marketing, specifically wealth management technology solutions. The candidate will be required to travel regularly, speaking on behalf of Croesus and hosting webinars, panels, roundtables, and presentations. He or she will also be required to meet with existing and potential clients, regulators, and other stakeholders in the wealth management and WealthTech industry.

Responsibilities
  • Define markets, target segments, and personas.
  • Define the positioning, narratives, and key messages of our solutions.
  • Define differentiators for each solution.
  • Play a central role in the strategic planning process.
  • Contribute significant elements to the company's strategic thinking, based on facts and trends.
  • Define commercial strategies for our various solutions concerning different markets and segments.
  • Monitor the execution of strategies and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Create and maintain product and market matrix elements.
  • Maintain and develop the product marketing foundation for each solution, product, and module.
  • Ensure the final packaging of new solutions before launch.
  • Take an active part in product launches.
  • Participate in the development of yearly national marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with the product management team in formulating product roadmaps.
Research and Analysis
  • Perform market analysis and forecasting.
  • Conduct and manage primary and secondary market research.
  • Estimate market sizes and shares (total, addressable, and target markets).
  • Analyze competition from several countries.
  • Collect and analyze information about ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Create, execute, and manage surveys through the web, focus groups, and individual discussions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with market research firms and strategic consultants.
  • Analyze reasons for wins and losses in tenders and contracts with new clients.
Internal and External Collaboration
  • Lead ongoing discussions with the product management team regarding requirements, pricing, and packaging of our various solutions.
  • Support the sales and business development teams in product positioning and communication with clients and prospects.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to provide content for marketing initiatives (presentations, brochures, blogs, articles, videos, case studies, websites, etc.).
  • Play an important role in responding to calls for tender (RFPs).
  • Monitor and positively influence discussions between development teams on current and planned innovations.
  • Engage in ongoing discussions with sales and business development teams.
  • Maintain harmonious and constructive relationships with industry stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, industry associations, and government institutions.
Partnerships
  • Research and recommend potential partners (technology and business).
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with current and potential partners.
  • Define and manage marketing initiatives with Croesus partners.
Requirements

Experience and Education

  • University degree in marketing, strategy, management, finance, economics, financial engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 7 years of B2B marketing experience in the financial, wealth management, or FinTech/WealthTech industry.
  • International perspective or experience.
  • Work experience in North America and Europe.
  • Experience working in a FinTech, WealthTech, or financial institution.
  • Knowledge of securities and other investment products.
  • Knowledge of portfolio management.
  • Experience in market research, competitive intelligence, and product marketing.
  • Excellent understanding of FinTech, WealthTech, and wealth management industry issues.
  • Strong ability to research, analyze, summarize, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Ability to create presentations for senior management and board of directors.
  • Experience and ease in communicating with senior executives.
  • Bilingual (third language is a strong asset).
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Google and Microsoft products and environments.
