What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the Work Management Tooling space
- Gather and synthesize requirements from a variety of internal users, including engineers and leadership
- Establish and track metrics reflecting tool adoption, user satisfaction, and collaboration health
- Partner with engineering and internal platform teams to ensure user-friendly solutions
- Lead change management and communication efforts when introducing new tools or workflows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in internal tools or SaaS collaboration platforms
- Demonstrated success in navigating broad, ambiguous product spaces with multiple stakeholders
- Strong familiarity with modern work management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub Projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment across complex organizations
