Job summary

Woodbine Entertainment Group is seeking a Product Manager to support planning, delivery, and improvement of business products and technology-enabled capabilities across business areas. The role partners with stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize enhancements, delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Project Management, or related technology/business transformation roles.
• Experience developing product roadmaps and delivering business-focused technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of product management practices, agile methodologies, business process improvement, and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party software solutions.
• Preferred certifications: Product Management certification (Pragmatic, AIPMM, Product School, etc.) Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Agile certifications PMP considered an asset but not required

Responsibilities

• Product Planning and Roadmap Support: Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Business Partnership: Gather requirements and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Product Delivery and Initiative Coordination: Coordinate delivery of product enhancements and technology implementations.
• Vendor and Partner Coordination: Liaise with vendors and service providers for delivery and issue resolution.
• Continuous Improvement and Product Optimization: Monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Financial Responsibility: Monitor CapEx spending and budget planning related to product initiatives.
