The Product Manager is responsible for supporting the planning, delivery, and ongoing improvement of business products and technology-enabled capabilities across business areas. The role partners with business stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, prioritize enhancements, and help deliver solutions that create measurable business value. Acting as a bridge between business teams, technology teams, and external vendors, the Product Manager helps align product work with organizational goals while managing day-to-day priorities and stakeholder expectations for small to medium-sized initiatives
Leading significant personal or volunteer projects Taking responsibility for initiatives such as organizing events, coordinating community programs, or managing home renovation projects. These experiences can develop skills in planning, execution, resource allocation, risk management, and problem-solving.
Leading or actively participating in volunteer organizations, committees, sports teams, or community groups can build leadership, collaboration, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
Managing household finances, creating and maintaining budgets, tracking expenses, and working toward financial goals can provide practical experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making.
Coordinating activities that involve diverse stakeholders, such as community events, fundraising initiatives, or volunteer projects, can strengthen stakeholder management, communication, influence, and teamwork capabilities.
Addressing complex personal, volunteer, or community challenges by identifying issues, assessing alternatives, and implementing solutions can enhance critical thinking and sound judgment.
Pursuing professional growth through workshops, seminars, webinars, books, online courses, or other learning resources related to project management and leadership can help build knowledge of methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Replacement
The target hiring salary range for this position is $78,000 to $98,000. This range is not a guarantee of compensation. Final placement within the range depends on factors such as internal equity, market conditions, and the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
