The Product Manager, Term Investments, researches, defines, aligns, develops, and implements sales and marketing strategies with P&L (profit and loss) accountability to enable the sales force to effectively sell, fulfill, and service new and existing banking products, enhancing customer experience. Responsibilities include market research, forecasting, pricing, competitive analysis, performance monitoring, risk management, and collaboration across enterprise partners.

Responsibilities
  1. Recommend and implement solutions based on issue analysis and business implications.
  2. Assist in developing strategic plans and identify emerging trends for decision-making.
  3. Support execution of strategic initiatives with stakeholders.
  4. Conduct independent analysis to resolve strategic issues.
  5. Build business cases, identify needs, analyze options, and assess ROI.
  6. Provide recommendations on product lifecycle management.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  8. Ensure stakeholder alignment and produce reports and dashboards.
  9. Monitor performance and address issues promptly.
  10. Support change management activities and operational planning.
  11. Manage vendor relationships and external partnerships.
  12. Resolve escalations, analyze issues, and identify gaps and solutions.
  13. Conduct competitive and customer insights analysis.
  14. Complete regulatory reporting and develop risk management controls.
  15. Define and implement product policies and directives.

Qualifications

Compensation

Salary: $68,000 - $126,000 | Pay Type: Salaried
